Just discovered that one of the differences between keeping fish and having a reef is the difficulty in catching livestock in a reef when you want to use a hospital tank.
I’m pretty sure my tang has nematodes. Being as it is rather flighty to begin with I don’t want to continue to chase him around the tank any more. I tried soaking some seaweed select in clout and it did eat it, but I’m not sure if it is going to work or not. I am counting on the fact that such a little amount soaked in the food will not harm the bio filter in the tank
Has anyone used medicated food to fight nematodes? And if so were they successful and what brands are recommended?
Thankies.
