Neophos to raise phosphate level

Has anyone used Neophos? I was looking for something I could dose in low amounts to bring my phosphate level up a bit since it is and has always been 0 no matter how much I feed the tank. I think the tank having low nutrients in combination with an ALK spike months ago is affecting the tank now. Found this as a way to raise the level a bit and get nutrients in the system but see no reviews on it.

Not sure about that specific product but I know many are using "Flourish" from Seachem with good success..

But Neophos should be just fine too and is intended for phosphate dosing in marine applications..
