Neptune Apex

I finally got my new Neptune Apex home last night.
I have been drooling all over it ever time I went into the LFS.
I spent most of the night unhooking all my lights and equipment to get ready today to reroute the wires.
After about 3 hours of running wires and then 2 hours setting up all the outlets it is up and doing its job on my 150 mixed reef.
for now it controls all the Lights, Fans, Skimmer and Chiller.
I do intend to switch over to a calcium reactor as soon as I find one at a good deal.
As of now I don't have the remote access, Email or Text working but I am working on the problems with my service provider.

Once i get all the wires nice and neat I will post a short video look at the system and the Iphone App.

well I guess i am back to the old timers
I left went to walmart and neptune was frozen.
and the controllers status light was blinking and now I cant access it anymore
so i guess i will be on the phone with neptune in the am lol

It's all good the problem was with programming
Every thing is back running correctly now

Well bad news for me my Neptune crashed again and I have to send it back for repair
At least they gave me no problems with returning it for repair

That stinks. I had an Apex on my last tank and it ran flawlessly. Hopefully your next one will run perfectly.

Ok Neptune sent my apex back today and I got it back online.
Now I just have a few things to get after I get a job and I will be set

That is totally awesome. Never thought of being able to turn on and off remote stuff other than tank equipment with my controller. That rocks! Now you have caused me to want to get the NET controller add-on for my Reef Keeper so I can turn on and off my Christmas tree, TV, lamp, etc.., with my iPhone.... :beer:

Did not intend on making someone spend money lol
I just love walking in the house with the tree on but hate to leave it on.
Tanks are not the only purpose for these things
I even have the idea o turning lamps On and off in the house when I am not home lol
