Neptune Programming Help

I need Aqua controller savy person to show me how tp program this Freaking thing Its making my brain hurt It cant be that Hard I am sure I am overcomplicating it but Cant get my Aqua surf to work ................Brain hurts .......Help....lol

problem fixxed for now trying to figure out the program language is a mofo!!!!! But Kevin got it right and I have a wave now.....lol
