Never Received shipment notification

Hello,

I placed an order on 17 june for $234.50, payment with Paypal.
I received a phonecall saying my shipping would be $15, so I sent that payment the same evening. My order number is 146010

I ordered some other things online a few days before / after I placed this order, and have already received them all. I Just want to make sure that everything shipped out? When the guy called me on the phone he said one item was out of stock, and asked me if i wanted to have the order shipped now, and out of stock item shipped later, or if i wanted to hold the order till it was all in stock. I told him that I wanted it shipped now, then just ship the out of stock stuff when It comes in.

I never received any kind of shipping confirmation, tracking info, or a recipt for my order other than the automatically generated paypal recipt.

I'd appreciate someone looking into this for me...

Sorry you didn't receive the emails we sent out. I would say either your spam folder might of got them, or we had your email address incorrect.

I do show the order is shipped out. If you want to drop us an email, we can send you the delivery confirmation number.

I checked the junk mail folders on both of my email addresses. I received the emails you sent a few hours ago, but the order date is for 30 June. When exactly did my order ship out?? 13 days is insane!

I sent you an email earlier. Sorry about the delay. That is way to long. Filling out the international forms has to be done by our senior shipping person, and he gets backed up sometimes doing the international forms and shipments.
 
I really regret making this order through PA. someone screws up the shipping on my stuff, then all you can do is refund a $15 shipping charge and send me on my way?

Dont expect any repeat business.
 
We are very sorry about the problem with your order, as we have already told you several times. We offered you the Free shipping on the order as a mistake, which you accepted and kept the order and we shipped it out the follow day. Boxed it up and labeled it that day, post office picked up next business day which was monday.

Most interational orders via Mail take us about 1 week to get it out the door, yours took 2 weeks because of a mistake from one of our CSR's, it was completely our fault and we apolgize for the mistake.

Unfortunately we are human and do make mistakes, but if you look at our overall history, you'll find we are generally a very fast and responsible company.

So we certainly understand you do not want to do business again with us, but if you ever change your mind, we will welcome you back.
