I used my old 55 gallon tank as my sump, and added in my own baffles and chambers

there you have it! it has a nice hood, but I havent put it on yet, which brings me to my next point.

One of the only things I need now is that I was thinking about upgrading my lighting system, the lights I have right now arent quite enough to handle the depth of this tank, and too short,

I have already gone wayyyyy over budget with this, ( as always :) ) and was looking to see if anyone had a metal halide setup they could part with.

Cash or trade, I'd love to trade for some equipment, maybe one of the tank setups I just broke down, I dunno, table is open right now...

thanks!

What equipement do you have for trade. I'm looking for a ph controller.

I have one 250watt Electronic Coralvue ballast and one 400 watt magnetic ballast. I'll also have a dual 400 watt magnetic ballast available in a couple of weeks.

thanks ed,

I unfortunately dont have a ph controller I can trade, I am using mine, (milwaukee sms122)

some of the equipment I have would include:

55 gal stand,
25 gallon hexagon tank (clarity plus, drilled) & matching stand and canopy
20 gal setup on stand, can include a 20 gal sump and overflow boxes for it,
corallife turbo twist uv sterilizer

then a whole bunch of random equip( glass covers, plastic lid covers, fluorescent strip lights, power filters, heaters, undergravel filters,) -not much use to advanced reefers, but its a shot in the dark right?

I have 2 PFO 175watt MH ballasts with reflectors and sockets/wiring.

1 bulb is 3 months the other is 12 months old
