I am in the mid stages of setting up a new 240g tank in my new Marco Island office. As you will see I have done a few things either very unconventional or just not preferred for ease of maintanance and the main reason for most of those decisions is that the tank is in one of my conference rooms in my office which is direclty above a M&I Bank branch and I can't take any chances (any) of overflow as a result of malfunction. I also don't have anywhere for remote sumps, filters, etc. Any advice as I go along that helps in that regard would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, the tank is a 72" x 24" x 30"h Clarity Plus tank and stand.
