Im going to be setting up a new 55 gal reef and I want to relocate my current rock and reef pieces but my current stuff has a lot of bryopsis and flat worms.
The current rock also has niece pieces of covered lps and sps that I want to carry over to new tank. But how do I clean off rock without killing the nice coral on it before moving it to new tank???
It's really impossible to cut the coral off rock it's so covered.

What to do?

Have you tried flatworm exit in the Cardiff before moving the coral/rock over? Another way - and my preferred way is to use a yellow coris wrasse which eats flatworms. I have never used flatworm exit, but I think there are others on the site that can share there experience. Just a couple of ideas. Good luck.
