New Battery Back up first test: 80%?

So I have had my battery back up mounted to my control panel for 6 weeks now and just got around to charging it for the first time last night (around 9 hours ago it was plugged in)

I followed the test procedure this morning, I got back and indicator that was two bars shy of full.

Is that the fully charged level or is it telling me that 80% is its max capacity?

Assuming the Battery Backup was bought new and you allowed a full 24 hours for the battery to charge, the unit should show a 100% charge. That said, please contact us directly if you're battery isn't showing a full charge after a full 24 hours.

It only charged for 14 hours. I waited a day and tested it again at 100%.

I will be hooking up UPS for the main base unit today so that will be one last test when everything is unplugged.
