New Biocube 16 setup and cycle?

I just set up a Coralife Biocube 16. I used 5 lbs of live sand out of a well established 18 year old tank, and took 10 gallons of the water out of the same tank. "Water Change day". My question is how much of a cycle will the bio go thru if any. I also seeded the foam filter for it in the 18 year old tank.

My 16g took 30 days, not sure how long it will take with established sand and rock though. Had my lights off the whole time and I used 20 lbs of dry rock from an old 75g tank I had along with live sand to seed

Kind of what I was thinking also, will run a water test tomorrow just to be sure before stocking anything.
