New Birdsnest... start high light or low light?

Getting some ORA green birdsnest.. Most of my rock is about 250 par and the sand is about 120 par.. Peak rock is about 350 par. Should I start it at the rock or at the sand and move it up?

What type of light? Most birdsnest can tolerate all ranges of light but lower to mid range is probably preferred.

i have 2 pink bird's nest frags that are doing great under AI Hydra 26s. one is 1/4 way down a 2ft deep tank and the other is 1/2 way down.

Why not try from the bottom and work your way up? U can see which it prefer. Thats what i do.
