So I'm looking at a new reef tank build, I previously had a 65 gallon tank with a H.O.B. REMORA skimmer. I had 1 175 watt halide.
It has been 5 years since I had to get rid of that tank, I know a lot has changed and would love some advice.
This go around I'm looking at a 60 or 75 gallon tank, going to use a sump this time
I've been looking at the bubble Magnus for skimmer. (Size unsure). Current USA orbit marine led lighting strip. An apex controller, looking at either a vortex mp-40 or a Eco drift wave pump and the sicce sump return pump.
Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. One of the requirements for this build is to be as silent as possible.
And is a Refugium worth doing?
