New Bulbs~Hours?

Hi all.I just ordered replacement 250 10 K Ushio's.How much do you back off on hours with new bulbs,and how much do you add back per week? I just recently came down to 8 hours from 9 on the halides and like the results I'm getting.

I don't reduce the lighting at all. I've never had any problem.
