Yeah, it's orders of magnitude better than my old DSC-P7.
BTW, before you buy a memory stick duo for yours, if you get one, look on eBay. I bought a 4gb Sony branded one from a seller in Hong Kong for just $61.96 plus $12.06 shipping. Be careful to NOT get one with the red "high speed" label on it as Sony says the 4gb red labelled ones are incompatible with this cam. The black labeled ones are OK, though.
I haven't received mine yet, only been a few days.

Yea, I have a crappy panasonic right now and i can't stand to use it. if you don't mind me asking where did you buy yours? Ive seen it so many places for so many different prices, I don't know where a good place to buy mine would be.
