New clown has popeye what to do?

My new misbar ocelleris seems to be getting popeye. Any way to help him that DOSEN'T involve removing all the fish from my tank? Seriously, I'm not setup spacewise or financially to setup another tank to hold all my fish for weeks and weeks. Not about to rip apart my reef either, so how would I treat this fish individually?

I was reading Wilkerson's book and it basicly states that "popeye is a symptom, not a disease". "..likely caused by external physical damage that will clear itself within a week" "...likely a problem with water quality(NOT) or external physical damage and should clear within 2 weeks"

She also goes on to mention it can be caused by Ich. I don't see ich, just slightly cloudy eyes with one bulging a little.

So do I just wait? I see no ich on any other fish, not even on the other clown I purchased at the sae time.

Any ideas? I really don't want to lose this guy.

Here's a pic for reference :(

I have one that had popeye twice. Just gave it nori soaked in fresh garlic and water. It has been fine for the last few months.

nori clowns dont get to exited for in my experience actually ive never seen my Clowns go for a sheet of algae

He was eating and doing fine, even going in the BTA after two days, then today I see popeye and he dosen't appar to be eating. The larger one is bullying him too. I need to get some frozen to try tomorrow. I soaked some ORA glo pellets in garlic but he didn't appear to eat that either. I'm worried for this guy.

it looks like he has fungus on his eyes too.........sometimes they can fight it off and sometimes not.......not a very good sign that he isn't eating though

Well now he's been MIA all day. My rock is pretty loosely stacked so I can see all around my reefand I just can't find him. I bet my RBTA ate him last night.

I'm going to wat a week and see how my other one does and if all is well, and I still can't fnd my misbar, I'll get another and QT him in a medicated tank before introducing him. I didn't quarantine these because my house is cold and I have no way to regulate temp in my hospital tank.

Here's my remaining clown BTW

Then I need to buy a standalone cotroller too. I CANNOT trust any heaters anymore since I lost thousands in SPS from a stuck heaer.

lol, Trust me, heater and controller is on my buy list as we speak. And a pendant for a SPS QT tank. ;)
