New Clowns

I just got two new clowns for my first fish in my tank and they hang out in the front bottom which I think is normal since there new to the tank. They are active but when I switch to Night Light the smaller one runs and hides and the bigger clown gets real active. Is there something I should be doing or are they just trying to get used to the tank.

You can try a nem and see if they host in it. I found clowns do strange things when there's nothing to host in. Some of my clowns move to the top of the tank at night. Just give them time to adjust. Good luck and Congrats on your new Family.

sounds like your tank is new and you should wait for your tank to mature before you get a nem. a lot of people say at least 6 months

thinking the same thing. based off of your profile pic, and just getting the clowns. usually clowns are one of the first fish we get when its a new set up. i would suggest waiting a couple months before trying a nem also...
