I'm a little disappointed. I tried ordering a few hundred dollars worth of stuff yesterday and for the life of me the website would NOT work properly. Had to sign in every time I clicked on something. I filled my cart 3 or 4 times before finalyl giving up. I emailed the owners and the only response I got was that the site doesn't work with AOL. Since I haven't had AOL in about 8 years, it wasn't an issue, but it still wouldn't work for me. By the time I went back later in the day, a couple of the items I had wanted were sold, so I didn't bother ordering anything and bought a bunch of stuff from another site.

Anyone else had problems with this? I guess my first experience wasn't the best I've ever had, and they lost quite a large sale with the potential for many more in the future.

I've ordered a couple of times without any problems... Best deal I've found on cleaning crews... And pretty cheap shipping if you're ordering zoo's and whatnot... But I got some Fire and Ice zoo's from them on a peice of encrusting SPS and it did fine with priority mail... So, nothing but good experiences here...

They had some nice stuff, but I just can't spend my entire workday trying to order stuff from a site that doesn't want to work for me. I'll have to try it from home to see if it's something odd with our network here. I'll keep an eye on it, maybe down the road I'll try it again.

i ordered from them and it was great i got 2 corals from them on wednsday the zoos have not opened kind of disappointed but the sun coral is out and eating great the zoos were not shipped in water just wet newspaper

Yeah, they sent my zoos that way... They said something about the toxins they would release in the water may do more damage than just shipping them in the newspaper... For some reason my zoos do better in my nano than in my 125... Doesn't make any sense to me really since I do weekly water changes in my nano with the water in my 125... But in my nano, they open right up...
