I have these 6 corals coming (here Tues) and wondering if its ok to dip them all in the Bayer Complete Insect Killer (still reading on this method)? Any other tips for their introduction into tank?

Acropora sp. - Deepwater Acro - 2"

Seriatopora sp. - Thick Branch Green Birdsnest Coral

Xenia sp. - White Xenia 2.5"-3" Stock Frag

Pachyclavularia sp. - "Green" Star Polyps - 1.5" Stock Frag

Efflatounaria sp. Aussie Blue Xenia 1.5" Stock Frag

Montipora capricornus -UC Red "Monti Cap" 1" Stock Frag

I have heard of dipping the SPS with Bayer but I am not sure about the Xenia or Star Polyps. will be interested to see what others say. I just hope you have a better plan or luck with the xenia and star polyps than me because I tried to keep them quarantined to a certain spot but no matter what I did they end up all over the tank. wish I would never have put a piece of either in my tank.

Watch Bayer dipping....IWould only use on SPS for removal of red bug.
Revive is a better and safer choice in my mind...

Agreed, you are also quite knowledgable.
Hobbists which are not would be better to use the safer stuff.
Bayer is a strong pesticide which has been banned here......Easy to find in good old US of A.
