New Council Member Vote

As we get closer to the November Meet we will need to arrage elections.

As I see it we can all vote via PM or some can vote in person at the November meeting, It really makes no difference. I realize this is not exactly what our bylaws state but it will make things smoother.

In the interest of keepin this "high profile" election on the up and up, I am suggesting that everyone who votes via PM send there vote to both me (jallard) and Vin (vmiller) we will then compare our votes together and tally them.

The only RACE is for the education chair
