New fish

Live aquaria delivered a few fish yesterday.

Wifey: who are these guys?
Me: guess what you got me for Christmas...

I have an amazing wife:love2:

Anyway, I picked up 2 blue star leopard wrasses and a midas blenny. I have been wanting these wrasses for a few years and everytime i was ready to pull the trigger they have been out of stock. Finally l.a had them and i had a tuesday off so i would be home for delivery. The wrasses are in an acclimation box and currently taking a sand nap. When they wake up i will post pics.

Here are Sam and Dean

They came out of their sandbox for a couple of hours on monday, ate a ton of brine shrimp and mysis then back into the sand and i haven't seen them since.

They are still in the acclimation chamber so i can keep an eye on them and i was thrilled to see them eating especially as voraciously as they were, but i get nervous about how long they are sleeping for. The hardest part about new wrasses is the waiting game.

The midas blenny on the other hand is having a blast on my rocks and plays with my anthias all day.
