Those are some sweet Grandis polyps never have seen that color before....Always brown or different colors of brown....

I have seen grandi's take on a couple diff colors likr that purple and green.
They usually do that when handled.
Nice addition i like grandi's.

Hate to see anything mutate, but I have some similar to the last ones by BS and they will turn neon green in the center under high light. The guy I got them from has 2"+ polyps...

i have some that are like that and i dont think they are protopalythoa grandis i think they are protopalythoa hawaiinsess or something along those lines?from what i was told thety are illegal to take in hawaii anymore hence why your the only other person i know who has some(i do live in oklahoma and there are a ton of reefers....sarcasm!!)they have grown really slow .mine cost me a pretty penny how and were did you get them from?

I saw them for sale on frags.org 6-9 months ago with the purple colored in and they were going as hawaiiensis(sp?). They weren't cheap.
