Hey guys i found out about your club just searching around and i hope to get to know all of you better as time passes.

I went ahead and paid dues form july-december so i guess my membership wont start until july 1st. Ill get a membership application off before then.

Anyways a little about me

My name is Jason i have been living in Clarksville for about 4 years now, im a government contractor working with the army here. I got into the hobby almost 2 years ago.

I currently have a
20 long reef
265 gallon FOWLR
54 gallon corner tank that i use to mix salt in because im really running out of rooms for tanks
29 gallon biocube QT tank- soon to be a frag tank
12 gallon aquapod QT tank going to stay a QT tank
5 gallon LR tank i put in my 4 month old daughters room - no fish no corals just rock.

I have been an active member of SWF.com for some time now but never made my way to RC until now. So alot of new faces to learn and new advice to absorb.

Welcome bro! I am new too and have really enjoyed getting to know all these cool folks. Went to the last meeting and got hooked up with 7 sweet frags just for showing up.
Tanks look well established. I would never have guessed your reef tank is only 20g's from the picture. Looks great. Hopefully you can make it out to the June meeting!

I thought your 20g was your 265g at first! I thought, "Geeze! Those powerheads are HUGE in that 265!"

Welcome to MTRC!

Brandon

the top pic is the 265 and those are koralia 15s and the bottom is the 20l with a very very very small hippo tang :D

lol jk

Welcome to the club and reef central. Always nice to see more/new people coming in. We are a pretty active club here on the boards and I'm sure you'll meet more reef geeks around Nashville than you'll be able to fathom.

Welcome to the club. Your tanks look great. glad you are here and look forward to meeting you at a meeting.

I don't get on RC much anymore but its great to see new people finding the club! I love your tiny hippo! How long till you think it will be able to stay in that 20? ;) Just don't feed it and it will stay small for ya

I thought your 20 was the reef at first also and was like WOW! It defiantly is a great looking tank! Is it bare bottom, kinda looks like it might be.

Tanks for the friendly welcome guys.

The 20L is barebottom , that Hippo tang is like 6-8 inches long and is in my 265 there was a little humor in the other post. Got to be careful when talking about tangs, the tang police are watching!

Welcome, Jason! Got your dues and we can get you your card at the Aquatic Critter meeting coming up on June 15, if that works for you :)

Sounds good to me. What time ?

On a different topic did anyone see that Huge yellow tang and the Harlequin Tuck at the aquatic critter this weekend? They came home with me saturday.
