New here wanting to hit the ground running but with a budget

New here just bought my neighbors 110gal complete setup that he has had for 11 years. I have a lot to learn but I'm learning fast so far from my research. His setup came with about 40-50 lb of dry rock, 4 fish 3 damsel and one tomato clown, sand that he says he bought it and it had water already in it (so that should be live sand correct?). Simple wet/dry proclean trickle filter, 4 air pumps, wave controller (power strip with 3 constant power and 3 variable speed power sockets) which I haven't hooked up since only have one of those pumps for it.

I've had freshwater tanks over the years on and off and currently have 2 20 gal and 2 2 gal FW tanks at home with another 2 gal at work. This is my first attempt at saltwater tho. Ive been wanting to go saltwater for years and finally was going to but was waiting till I bought another house to do so. However I couldn't pass up my neighbors deal for his setup for $150

I have added 2 blue damsels, 1 yellowtail blue damsel, and purple psudeochromatic?, 25lbs of live rock ( couldn't pass up the deal nitro store sold it to me for $3/lb). I have thrown in Somme 6500k bulbs from lowes on this way out of date lighting until I can make a decision on what lighting to order for it. Replaced the chipped, cracked, salt stain glass cover. I have bought some purple up and began using it trying to get the 25lb of live rock that I've added to turn the rest of the rock live. Want to add a refugium soon. Probably just going to add an acrylic wall in the wet/dry to create another chamber. So speaking of which was going to use cheato macroalgae and wondering if anybody has any they need to discard. Down the road once I get everything under control want to add anemone, etc. I'm all about learning from forum research and helping anybody out that I can.

Day 3 and here is where I'm at so far
