New Hitchhiking Worm

While removing a piece of rock to get rid of some algea from my 10 month old tank. I found what looks to be a small feather duster on the rock below it I'm not sure how long it has been there since the view was blocked by the other rock.

It's tube is about 2 to 2.5 inches long and 1/8 of an inch thick and white in color.
The head is about 1/2 inch across and white and red in color.
I tried for a picture but it's too small and too far back for a good one. I'll try again later.

I wasn't planning for it, but of course I want to try and keep it alive.

Any advice on care and feeding?

They are filter feeders so I don't think you need to do anything special for it, although I could be wrong.

sounds like your planning for a child.. lol

but its probably just a filter feeder, so he's probably happy as is.
