New house means New 800 gallon tank

I have admired from afar all of the large reef tanks on this forum. Finally, when my wife said she wanted to build a new house, I used that opportunity to design in a large tank of my own. We are building a ranch with a walk-out basement and she told me the downstairs was mine :spin3:.
I originally wanted to go with a 120" x 36" x 36" tank and put it in a wall at a corner so I could view from the front and the end. After pricing them out, I was a little discouraged. But I ran into a guy who had a tank that he had never even taken out of the crate that was designed for a peninsula build that is 108" x 48" x 36". I snapped it up. It was built by Aquatic Ovations, which is no longer in business, but the build quality seems solid. No cracks or any other blemishes that I can see.

Here is the layout of the space it will occupy:

And Here are some pictures as it sits now (in my possession);

The sump that came with it is 150 gallons and all glass. The three clear sides of the tank are 3/4" starfire glass and the overflow end is painted black. He had two 3" holes drilled inside the tank - one on either side of the overflow and 1-3/4" holes drilled in the top rim on each corner.
He said the holes on top in each corner were for sea swirls, but he could not remember what his plan for the holes on the end were for.

I am currently having a steel stand made for this thing. In the meantime, any ideas on what I should do for flow in this tankwould be reatly appreciated!

Great looking tank. Tagging along for the ride. I would think that WP60's or 40's might work out great on the back and and on the non viewable side.. would keep the profile of the pumps low and no cords to deal with.

Nice tank. Maybe you could use the two holes as inlets for a closed loop with the returns going up and over the far end of the tank.

Nice find! And - Oh look! - an "Equipment Room" conveniently located where a fish room might go... Just in case! ;)

Thanks giys! dave.m I liked that feature myself. Now I have to get moving on filling it up.
benjc, I like that idea. Do you think then if I put seaswirls on the returns closest to the overflow and a couple mp40's on the back that would work?

I am deciding on a skimmer and I think I would like to go with either the MRC MR-6R or the Super Reef Octopus SRO 7000ext. Any thoughts on these?
