New led's on my tank

Hey guy's I recently put led's on my tank, now my photos look washed out. I am fairly new to reefing and I am not a photographer. I just use my phone. I suppose you've heard this a hundred times.but I'm at a loss. Is this a common problem? Do I need to get something special? Or am I done sending pic's?:fish1:

(Edit) so this is what I'm talking about

Yep. this happens a lot with LEDs. Most people here will tell you to just take raw photos and then edit the in software on your computer. I prefer to use a small gel filter, most times orange will do and you can take normal pictures.

This has a bunch of colors and you can find the one that works for your specific light.

This is a sample photo with the filter placed in the middle of the coral. The left is without the filter and the right is with the filter. This has made my life super simple and I get to use my phone. I don't always want to take out the Nikon and post process pictures to make them look great.
