New LFS showing signs of life.

Finally, there is an LFS that has great potential. First of all I live in North central PA, there are a few fish store around me that are ~1hr away. Unfortunately they are not very clean... Because of this I drive three hours to Rochester NY to get quality fish and corals. These stores are amazing, Caribbean Forest and especially The Reef Shoppe.

A fish store, Under the Sea Fish, that has been closer to me for about six months is hitting it's stride, in Wellsboro PA, about a half an hour away from me. I've been in this store lots of times since it's opened, very clean but didn't have a lot of marine "stuff" due the lack of hobbyists in the area. Slowly but surely the inventory is getting there.

First of all the marine tank that is in there, the DT, is amazing. The owner has been a local hobbyist for years and opened up a business. Two things I like about the owner...she doesn't try to sell me anything, like others who tell me my equipment is all wrong but they have what is right. Secondly she has great knowledge and takes care of her store and livestock. Tanks always bright and clean, even when getting fish or snails she takes great care to not harm the animal or stress it out.

What I like about the coral and live stock options. Inventory is getting better but special orders are how to get what you want. She works with ORA for coral and Eye Catching Coral for just about anything I'd want.

It's nice to show pictures from my phone, ask questions and get good advice and just have a typical conversation about the hobby with someone local. I'm already setting up frag trades and/or store credit options.

It's great, I just thought I'd share my experience. If your in this neck of the woods stop in and see Under the Sea Fish in Wellsboro PA.
