Maroon clowns can be mean depending on the individual itself. I have had mine for almost a year with a flame back angel, six line wrasse, and a chromis. All get aong with each other perfectly fine. My maroon will chase a fish away from his anemone but that's about it. She's doing her job lol

The tank I recently purchased had a big girl in it. She had a great personality and got along with the tank mates but as she got more comfortable along came her aggression. She'd try to get me every time...my lfs has her now. Traded her for a two young ocellaris.
