New Maxspect Gyre Motor

Has anyone put one of these together?

I'm replacing an old motor and after putting the old shaft/magnet inside the new bushing is really tight to push on. I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly because it feels like it will be almost impossible to remove afterwards.

Here is the pic of how I'm going to fit it:

my system has a couple of gyres and after multiple disassemble/reassemble experiences i've learned nothing is meant to be forced into place. really the only part that should have any "stick" to it should be the rotor cages when you're trying to pull them off.
if you're completely fighting with it stop and watch/rewatch one of their "how to" videos:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6LCWSTmK1A
finally, a properly assembled gyre should make NO noise. if it's out of alignment the blades will grind on the cages telling you to try again.
good luck!

Hi Johnny, thanks for the post. I don't know if you can see from my photos but my new motor block is a lot different to the old one from that video. There are no more grooves for the loose bushing to slide into like on my old block, the bushing surfaces now appear to be smooth. This is what is confusing. I was supplied a new bushing that does seem to fit but as I said it is really a close fit, not loose like the old one.
