So I have an aggressive 180 with some well established tank mates... all large adults: emperator angel, Red Sea sailfin, yellow tang, blue tang, lg clowns and a yellow wrasse. I've had these for years now and initially had a queen angel, but she unfortunately died for no known reason.... she was huge and looked healthy. Just found her dead one day. SO, I finally found a replacement queen (small adult, just finishing changing) and I put her in the DT today.. I knew it would happen - it immediately drew the attention of everyone and EVERY single other fish started bullying the queen (except the blue tang). So I made a divide and now the blue and queen are on one side and the rest are on the other. My hope is that after a couple weeks of looking at each other across the mesh (the white plastic cross stitch stuff) then they might get more accustomed to the queen being there and not beat her up.
It's probably wishful thinking, but do you think it might work?
