new reef with problem

Hello all, I am new to the site and am a long time hobbyist. Just set up a 300 gal. reef with all the bells and whistles. It has 300 lbs. of cured rock and has been running for about a month. All water parameters are within acceptable range and I have been adding Purple Up to promote coralline. I added some LPS corals recently and nothing wants to open. The bubble is deteriorating and a euphylia I put in at the same time won't extend polyps at all. I have spoken to a few reputable shops in the area and they don't have any good answers. Last reef (125 gal) I put in uncured rock and started stocking it right after w/ no problems. Currently I have around 8 fish in the tank and they are doing fine. Any help with this would be most appreciated.

How is your cal/alk/mag/phose? I personally wouldnt have placed any coral into that new of a tank. You could have had swings in water params without you even noticing. What for lighting are you using? The corals might still be getting used to its new environment. What for fish do you have?

Everything is good, calcium 400, alk within range, nitrates below 8 ppm and no traceable phosphates. Salinity is 1.023. may be a little low but I don't think that would have an adverse effect on the tank. Fish are 5 tangs, 2 percula (true pair), a mystery wrasse and 1 anthia. Lighting is 1500 watts halide w/ VHO actinics (3-400 watt 10k and 300 watt VHO) I'm also thinking it's a little too early for corals.
