Btw, Jess, I've been meaning to ask what's the fish in your avatar?
It looks like a Flasher wrasse but I've never seen one with that coloring. It almost looks photoshopped.

the fish in my avatar is a filamentous wrasse, cost 19.99 at a lfs, ended up on the floor.
