new shrimp tank

I currently have 2 pregnant pepermint shrimp and 2 pregnant cleaner shrimp. I just acquried a new copperband and would love to let these shrimp go so I can feed them to her.

I want to take my 10 gallon tank and put the shrimp in there in hopes of letting them grow a bit.

any suggestions on how to go about this? what do I feed the shrimp once they hatch?

Is this even a good idea?
