New SPS owner I need some help

Hi all,

I got this chunk as a "free-B". I know it looks bad, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway.

So what should I do? Should I try to frag a piece to save it, or should I just let it be and see if it recovers on it's own? Any other thoughts?

It looks like the flesh is starting to repopulate the skeleton. I'd watch closely and see if it is spreading or receeding. If spreading, leave it alone, if receeding, then frag.
