Nice frags....but youve got red bugs my friend. Please refer to the many red bug threads on this forum and decide for yourself whether you want to treat or not....

But youve got them...

Wow I am new to the camra but not the reef I have had them for a while and all of my acros are growing and coloring like crazy!!! If I se a decline then i may treat. Thanks All I love to get feedback.

Yep red bug...I had them over 2 years before I treated....

Thought they wern't hurting anything...boy I was wrong...

Please don't treat untill your sure you wanb to...but there is little risk..if any....

Don't know what ya got untill its gone...rings true in red bugs!

Are those 20K'ers radiums, or XM's...maybe somethuing else?

Nice corals . Another with great colors with redbugs. Maybe more will come out of the wood work .

the poster pics are nice as well, but only a couple are even acros..one is a mille, which are not effected by 'the bugs', and one of the others sure don't look up to par on color...its heavily infested I assume by this pic...(i'm not trying to say 'the bugs' are to blame either..its just possible they are, just as its possible they arn't)....

Most of the photos I submitted today, if not all were old pics I had saved, from before I treated....all them acros that I posted had red bugs at the time the pic was posted....and I think they looked great.....
But you should see them now! The pics I posted are tumble weeds to what has grown up now...and no, getting rid of 'the bugs' was only a portion to why they look better...20K lamps are also to give credit to...and other things...

But let the Doc make a bold statement here...
"You CAN live with red bugs for years maybe permanatly and maintain just as beautiful of a reef as red bug free reefs..."

I'm not anti-red bug reef tanks...I'm anti-red bugs....

Smaller shovel..... smaller hole!
