New sump under my 150

To start with my skimmer went out so I made the trip down to Memfish and bought a new reef octopus BWD 150.
Made the drive back to Tipton county and found that it was just a little to tight
So it's time to make a new sump.
Then comes the fun of installing it
Might have to wait until after the meeting Sunday

What are the short baffles for?

Are the short baffles to stop debris? I see you painted your baffles black I was planning the same with mine lol

I used abs black plastic
And the short baffles help retain the miricale mud in place

What are you planning to use for a bubble trap.Also, Sweet skimmer.

The traps are in place on each end
The return end will have a tray for filter floss
To catch fine particles I will try to have a updated pic Monday before I install

Got the new sump under the tank and running tonight

Looking good but I would have put the skimmer in one end and fuge in the other end. Does the fuge gets any unskim water? Any videos??

No videos yet I will get one sometime this week
I was limited on space with this being a 4' 150
And the sump being a 40 breader
It is setup the same way my last factor built sump was but
Double Bubble trap on the new one
