New Super Skimmer..

Lots of micro bubbles, and pretty darn loud. Will this be gone once it is broken in?

The microbubbles should go away with time. Do you have the bubble trap on it? I'm not sure why yours is loud, is it the pump? Where is the noise coming from?

The noise is coming from the pump bringing micro bubbles up to the tube...

Do you have the entrance to the pump on the opposite side as where the water exits the skimmer?

i read somewhere, micro bubbles can be dangerous, can lead some gas poisoning to corals or something, do all effort to get rid of it

This is largely a myth. Please read this:

Myths in Reefing

They are unpleasant for some to look at, but largely harmless. I have a new Super Skimmer as well and it did the same thing, all of it gets better once it's broken in. You can put a piece of cloth under the "brackets" and that should help vibration and follow the directions exactly. The Pump valve should be 50% open and the water adjustment set at the red fitting and let it sit for 72 hours minimum loudly buzzing away. Once that is done open the pump valve to 100% slowly and re-adjust the water control valve up to 1/4" into the curves collection cup that should reduce noise as well.

Finally make sure the bubble trap on the end is 1/4" out of the water and the hose into it is 1" off of the bottom of the pads inside and it should stop micro bubbles released into your aquarium.

The CSS 125 was the main motivator for me to put a sump on my system. It works much better in sump than hanging on the side.

If you are still getting bubbles from the bubble trap, rather then using the supplied black sponge with the hole in it, try and get a new sponge and cut a shorter indentation out, this should help reduce the bubbles in your tank.
