New Tank: Advice Needed

I've been out of the hobby for about 10 years but I'm back in and I'm going BIG. I've listed some details below and would love some advice since I've been away from the hobby and the technology has changed. I've been searching and searching but I trust other hobbyists more than anything. BTW, I will be keeping SPS, LPS and will have a heavy fish load with one or two large tangs and a variety of smaller fish.

I'm thinking $15- $20k all in to start and would love to hear from others on how you would proceed with this build.

Tank: Looking at Miracles 120x30x30. Still reputable?

Lighting: Looking at Ecotech XR30 Pro but not sure how many to get for 10 ft.

Skimmer/Sump: Thinking of calling Jeff @ Lifereef. Would love to get skimmer sump and calc reactor from one shop but are there others I am missing? I saw the Dreambox sumps and they seem amazing but not sure since no reviews.

Pumps/Flow:
Looking at MP40 or MP60 with QuiteDrive. I'm thinking I need 4 for the 10 foot tank. Thoughts?

I'm no expert.. but I am about to upgrade myself. Really looking at a 72x30x24 225g build. I've been researching like crazy.

Thoughts:
I'm watching my budget.. Miracles and ReefSavvy quotes came in about 2x the quote I received from Planet Aquariums. I've seen custom tanks, in person, and I think the Planet Aquariums is a nice product thus they're going to get my order.

I really want my new tank to be SPS dominate (as my current little guy is). I want to start with mostly lots of frags and get them to be colonies quickly. That's why I will be dumping my LEDs and going to MH. I know there are lots of opinions on this topic...
