I posted this awhile back and would like to move forward with suggestions.
A little background. Had a custom 45 gallon SPS tank, Calcium reactor, chiller 20k Radium, VHO all the goodies, full refugium. It was an SPS tank. Spent a ton of money on it loved every second of it. 2 years and 3 hurricanes back in the in 2004 2005 whipped me out. Broke the tank down gave away some real nice corals and moved on.
I have the bug again and would like to build a system. I was trying at that time to truly make it an automated tank. I have not followed any of the technology and am look at it brand new.
Help me design and build a 60 gallon cube SPS tank. Everything must fit under the the cabinet and it will be viewable from all sides.
Money is not an issue but doing it right is.
Can I do this with the current LED technology?
I want to run a fug, skimmer doing pumps and controllers. Chiller is the killer hence the LED question.
All help is appreciated. Everything I knew was circa 2005.
