New Tank HELP!!

A friend of my Dad's is giving me her Red Sea Max 250 and I will be selling my 125-gallon tank because I cannot take care of these 2 tanks but will have my 125g up for enough time for the Red Sea to Cycle.

As far as the fish go, they will be placed in my 125g as well as the bubble tip anemones because my 125 tank is cycled and has decent filtration. But, I do have a few worries.

1: How do I transfer fish over from her house to mine without the water getting too hot. She has lost a few fish from summer heat and wants to make sure they do not over heat and stay cool. I just don't know how to do this.

2: Her anemones. My 125 has been established for more than 9 months so I am not too worried about them surviving because I have stable parameters. Thing is, the 125g tank has to be broken down as soon as the Red Sea Cycles. I do not want to throw beautiful bubble tip anemones into a month old tank! Should I convince her to give them away or is there a way to keep them safe?

Sorry, this is pretty long but help is greatly appreciated! I don't want anything to go wrong:(

Her tank is up and running now with fish in it? If she has a running tank, I would just set it up.

As for heat, the Red Sea max 250 has a closed hood. I can't call if it has a fan or not. My only suggestion would be chiller and reduce photoperiod.

Her tank has been set up for years it seems. My house is well air conditioned. I'm worried about moving fish over in bags and it getting too hot. The drive is about 15 minutes.

Nothing to worry about. Even an hour or two I wouldn't worry about. Just bag them up and come home.

Alright. I will put them in an Ice Chest to give her peace of mind.

Does anyone know how I should go about with the Anenome's?
