new tank lighting question

i just bought a 37 gallon tank that measures 20" w x 18" d x 24" tall. i currently have a coralife lunar aqualight with 65w 10,000k lamp, and a 65w actinic lamp. given the extra depth and volume i want to upgrade my lighting.

i like the sunpod hqi metal halide with lunar lights. im looking at the 20" model. it comes with a 14,000k bulb, and 6 blue, and 6 white leds. my question is can i get away without having actinics or would i still need to add them in addition to the new unit?

here the light

thanks in advance

Nope, you won't need acintics, they are just what people use for better color most of the time. With a 14k your color should be a bit blue so you'll be good. If you want really blue get a 20k.

from what ive been reading, people recommended the 14k phoenix bulb for a bluer look. maybe you can try that one if the stock bulb is too white for you.
the best pricing ive seen on sunpods is petmountain.com and they have free shipping...
