New tank, new to Clowns, new to Anemones

I recently purchased a 55g from someone locally and set it up at home. The system needed a lot of work.. Came with a Clownfish and a Damsel. Not sure what type of clownfish, as the pictures in the ID thread are blocked at work (most image hosting sites are). EDIT: After doing even more reading, looks like its a Tomato clown.

The clown and damsel called a 5g bucket home for about a week or so while I got the 55g back to a healthy state. They get along great.

The clown is very timid.. likes to hide. I moved him into the 55g last night, and so far, so good. He made it through the night. He's been exploring, and I discovered that he found this little space behind a powerhead to call him while he slept last night.

I feel like he could really benefit from the protection of a host anemone. Only catch is that the tank is just freshly cycled, and i have no experience with anemones and what is required. I've begun reading the faq's/stickys at the top, but figured I'd throw this thread out there too. I've read that anemones can be really difficult to keep.

Any good suggestions for a noob? Any specific inverts that the anemones don't get along with? Any good additional links to read?

Here is a great link: http://www.karensroseanemones.com/index.htm I read this several times. Nothing real scientific, just one experts view on BTA. BTA are probably the easiest anenome to keep, but even they are classified as being difficult, the other anenomes are classified in the very and extremely difficult category. Hope this helps! Good luck!
