New tank set-up?

Hello all, I have just set-up another marine tank. It is a 15 gallon tank that we be in my kitchen. I just plan to add some LR and a few damsels and a clownfish. For filtration I am using an older hang on back filter with a biowheel. I purchased a new biowheel and filter bag. Will this filtration be OK? I would like to add a hang on back skimmer but can't find one that is less than 12" tall - the height of the tank. Any ideas?

Is this gonna be a FOWLR? Might want to rethink the damsels and clown. The damsels will probably bully the clown to death. As far as a skimmer goes check out the Current USA fission nano-skimmer or I think remora is coming out with a small nano skimmer too.
