New Tank Setup: Skimmer/Filtration Questions

Hello my fellow NPS reefers!

I'm in the process of setting up a 93 Gallon "cube" as a NPS tank and need some help with figuring out what filtration equipment I should run. At the moment, I am definitely going to run a UV sterilizer, phosphate reactor, and a skimmer, and while I'm pretty set on everything, I'm having some last minute troubles with figuring out a skimmer.

I would like to base some concepts of my setup off of Mike Cao's NPS Tank and so I'm definitely going to have a ton of food floating around in the system at all times so I'll need a pretty decent skimmer, but I'm not sure just how "decent". My LFS is recommending that I go with a Reef Octopus 150-SSS as I'm limited on height (I can only really have a skimmer that's 22" tall at max), however I fear that it won't be able to keep-up with my bio-load/feeding. With that, I was browsing Bulk Reef Supply and found these two skimmers:

I feel like they would be good, but could they be over kill? Could they be "under-kill"? I don't know so I'd like to see what you guys/gals think.

Oh, and if it helps I'm planning on trying to keep *nephthya corals. Just meant to help give you an idea as to my feeding amount.

Thanks in advance! :D
