Too late to say it now, put you should have painted the back ground I think. But otherwise really nice job !

You got enough flow in there ?

i got about 2500 gallons an hour going around in there! my shrooms hate it...

why do you ask?

i regret not painting the background.... mabe i will try that black backgrounds from wally world or petsmart

You can use a razor blade to scrape off whatever paint you have on there and then repaint the tank. As long as you don't get any paint IN the tank you should be ok.

there is no paint on there slow one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

now back to steve's point, why where you asking about flow?

this is 75 gallons with 2500 gallons of flow...i was just wondering why steve asked aboutthe flow, if there was something that i should think about

If you really do want the background painted, get the OceanVisions. You can get it from CPE. I looked around but that is the only place to get it locally without going online that I found. Easy to put on!
Not expensive at all.
1,000 times better than the stuff you get from petsmart!
Ask other on here, they will also suggest I think 3mm vinyl from a sign shop. Same deal. Just put it on with soapy water and use a credit card to squeege from the top center out till no bubbles remain. Looks great!

What kind of paint should be used on the back of a tank? That is something I'd like to do before I get water in my new tank.

For my pico tank I just used regular black acrylic paint. I had to apply several coats and then just to top it off I polyurethaned it.

I have used vinyl on all the tanks that I have had easy to apply and the cost was nothing (work for sign company).

Trottie the tank looks good like the anthias I assume you just got them with the last Tom order. Let's see a full shot now that you have it up and looking good.
