New to clowns

Just purchase two clowns from a good LFS. They said they had the pair for a little over a week. Both are in good health and color. I watched them for a while in the store, and the lady had said since she ordered them they had gotten along really well.

Since I brought them home and into my 55 gallon they still stay very near to each other, but seem to fight a little violently every once in a while. They've been in about 10 hours so far.

Is this just them setting up dominance again since they're in a new tank, or what? I'm a little worried at the moment. Just hoping the fighting stops after they've adjusted for a little while longer.

Any information I should know or that anyone would like to tell me?

what species of clowns?

sounds like them just getting dominance taken care of.

Not sure of the species. It's the average small orange clown....forgive me for saying this...but it's a nemo. lmao

Probably A. Ocellaris.

Doesn't sound like anything to worry about at this point...but watch for shredded fins or other visible signs that they're actually hurting each other.
