I believe it is a zoa. Placement recommended is bottom to middle of the tank with low-mild flow (to much will cause them not to open) and moderate light. My first 2 corals were a zoa frag of 20 polyps and a green star/starburst polyp. Just note after adding a zoa, it may take a few days to open so try not to move it around the aquarium too much if you don't see it fully open.
Most likely the otther polyps are also zoas ,maybe same color as the orange ones. You can feed them after they open with coral liquid.Give them somme time to acomodate and after that they will all be opened.
Thanks. I separated the clove from the zoas.
Hopefully they'll open up soon.
I set the light to coral acclimation. What percentage should I keep the blue lights and what percentage the white?
I run mine 100% blue and uv from 0800 to 1800, with 4 hours of 10% white from 1100 to 1500. With 30 min ramp up and ramp down. Corals are happy and growing.
