New to Corals, Help with Feeding & Growth

I'm new to corals. Currently I'm feeding phytoplankton and marine snow with a syringe. Is there anyhting else I should be doing? Mushrooms are fine, but lost color. Anchor coral is dying. Hammer frag, blue zoanthids, xenia, and clove polyp are okay. Nothing is really growing except the xenia. I have a Nova Extreme with four T5s no individual reflectors.

I guess personally I wouldn't worry about feeding anything to any of those corals. Proper water quality and decent lighting is all those should need.

How long has the tank been setup? How long have you had corals?

How new? I find that alot of people expect great growth out of their coral right away and often it takes a period of adjustment before you start to see much for results.
