So I've had this pink birds nest frag for about 5-6 weeks. It was kind of pale when I got it and I think it is starting to get a little color back. Well just a few days ago it started to these white blotches on the stems. I've got it under an ai sol blue the whole time and seems to be doing ok but I did just raise the the blue and royal blue one number(I mean raised from 45 to 46 for example) so I don't know if too much light or what but i heard bleaching either starts at the top or the bottom, never heard in the middle before. Also a few days ago I noticed my emerald crab on the coral after lights out so I put him in my sump to be sure he wasn't damaging it. The weird thing is after I removed him that's when the white spots started to appear. So what do you guys think may be going on here? By the way this is the first SPS piece I have along with a purple haze monti frag. The spots look completely bare too. Let me know if more info is needed. Tank parameters are

25% water change every two weeks. Now I just changed to 15% a week last week
