New to the area!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say hello! My name is Ken and I will be moving to the Central Florida area in about 3 weeks. I just took a great new job out in Melbourne, but we will likely be living in the Orlando Area.

I have (had) a 210 in-wall. I have already sold most of the contents of the tank. For a while I will be tankless :-( but hopefully within the next year or so I will have a new system up and running

I actually have a good friend who moved to Orlando about 6 years ago now. He's told me to expect to not be able to stop sweating for about 6 months, hahaha. But I gotta tell you, it felt nice last weekend when I brought my snow shovel to my parents place and said "Here ya go...I don't need this anymore!"
